If you would like to submit your claim electronically for:

Baggage Delay, Cancellation, Medical Expenses, Travel Delay, Other

Please confirm your policy number and email address below. You can find your policy number on the email we sent to you when you bought your policy.

If you don't know your policy number or email address, you'll need to call our claims team to register your claim.

For all other claims, or if you prefer a paper form, you can download a claim form by clicking the "Download claim form" button below. Please note the form can be completed digitally and emailed to us at claims@ergo-ias.co.uk. Alternatively, you can post your claim form, clearly stating what you're claiming for.
