If you purchased your policy on or after 12th January 2026, please submit your travel insurance claim online at www.imglobal.com/member/assistance/claims

If you purchased your policy on or after 12th January 2026 and want to submit a claim relating to a Gadget (Section 8), to get the quickest outcome, please submit your claim online at https://CItravelgadget.davies-group.com

If you would like to submit your claim electronically for:
• Baggage delay
• Cancellation
• Medical expenses
• Travel delay
• Missed departures
Please confirm your policy number and email address below. Your policy number can be found in the confirmation email you received when you purchased your policy.

For all other types of claims, or if you prefer to use a paper form, you can download it using the “Download claim form” button below.
